Each item is produced specifically for your order and is produced and shipped based on the region it is purchased through our trusted printing partners throughout the globe. This allows us to reach customers anywhere in the world but has a large impact on our ability to accept returns as explained below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@visualgeomatics.ca.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
Returns and Change-of-Mind Requests
As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind after delivery
- No longer wanting the item
- Preference changes after purchase

Customers in the European Union
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
